Heike, you are a living coach! Though I did not leave any comments before but I watched it. I was feeling some negativity to knock to a potential customer in UK. I was waiting for right time with full preparation but after viewing your above video I knocked my buyer just in same day. And, yes!! I got response from him and now we are developing their quires.
